Years ago Non-flammable glues had issues such as you have described. After about a year of being fine all of the sudden the laminate would begin to let loose. You could just barley pull on a loose piece that was on a door and it would almost effortlessly peal off. I've never heard of anyone having trouble with flammable contact glue. I do not have any information on this product.
