How Many Hinges for Pantry Cabinet Door

How many hinges should be installed on the large door section of the tall kitchen cabinet? Most lower kitchen pantry cabinet doors are forty seven inches high. To help protect against the long piece of wood getting warped most manufactures install no less than three hinges per door. If the arrangement of the pantry cabinet designs will allow you to install four, then that’s ideal. These large sections are generally pretty heavy so having four hinges installed can be very beneficial in the long run.

Pedro, thanks for responding. I have been making cabinet door adjustments for many years. It’s not as easy as it appears to be at first glance, but with some patients and persistence a homeowner can adjust their own doors.
