I’ve been in the cabinet industry for close to thirty years and I must say that working with the Doormark thermofoil doors manufacturer has been one of the best choices that our company has ever made. We’ve had few problems with their vinyl products. Unlike many other specialty MDF (or, “medium density fiberboard”) vinyl wrap companies, Doormark delivers, high quality kitchen cabinet doors, on time and oftentimes early. There are no reasonable size limitations either. They will custom make your doors to the sizes that you need.

Quality Control
Here’s something that you must know as well, their quality control is outstanding. In all honesty, I can never remember receiving a damaged door in the seven years that we have ordered our raised panel vinyl coated doors from them. This is not to say the company is without error but to make you aware of what you can expect from this MDF door manufacture located in Southern Florida.
Deliveries Arrive undamaged
When the delivery of kitchen, vanity, laundry room, office or wall unit thermofoil doors arrive, they are always surrounded by plenty of protective packing inside the boxes. A combination of airbags, Styrofoam peanut packing, bubble warp and thin flexible foam ensure that the cabinet makers product arrives undamaged. Whenever there is a door that must be remade, you can expect to receive it quickly.

If your looking for an industry leader to purchase vinyl wrapped doors from, Doormark Doors is a high end thermofoil cabinetry components manufacture that delivers top quality MDF doors at affordable wholesale prices.

Doormark Inc.
has many selections of vinyl in solid colors and wood grains along with matching high pressure laminates to cover the cabinet boxes with. You will also find an excellent assortment premium door designs and patterns to choose from. Special moldings and cabinetry accents are available as well. Most recently added to their product line is the mitered glazed thermofoil door design. This series is available in several high end elegant styles.

Here are a few of the vinyl wrap products that are available from Doormak Doors.

  • Door Styles: Square, arch and cathedral raised panel styles-square and round inside corners-reduced rail raised panel drawer fronts
  • Moldings: Many selections of dental, rope, scribe, crown molding, flutted, special design valances.

I have to agree completely with this post. I am the General Manager for a large custom cabinetry manufacturing company in West Central Florida. I have been using Doormark products for years. Having tried several “Foil Door” companies over the years, it was Doormark’s exceptional quality, fast turn around time, very competitive prices, and above all their consistent ability and willingness to handle any problems (which has been rare) should they arise. Hats off to this company for their dedication to our industry.

I have white laminate kitchen cabinets and the laminate is peeling off. How do I replace the laminate on the doors that are peeling? The laminate is very thin, about the weight of a heavy stock paper. I appreciate any advice.
    Thank you!

Deanna, your best option is going to be getting a professional cabinet maker to take a look a the job. You may be surprised a how inexpensive it may be to get someone to repair your problem. Make sure that you have a couple of companies check it out.

Daniel, I am totally amazed at how high the quality control is with Doormark. Of all the companies I’ve worked with in my twenty seven years of making cabinets, they have been the most consistent at delivering exactly what I ordered without any damage or mistakes. My hats off as well to this door manufacturing company.

We have been a sub-distributor of Doormark Products for over ten years in South Florida.
We target the refacing market, selling to DIY Home-owners and small cabinet shops in Florida. (cwexpress@live.com)

Doormark has been and still is one of our most reliable suppliers.

So I’m in agreement with all the previous comments. “Hats off to Doormark”

Note: “Doormark only sell to the trade”
